Sedona: Adobe Hacienda Bed & Breakfast: "Quiet and Beautiful"

We spent two nights at the Adobe Hacienda, and we loved every minute of it. Pauline is a fabulous hostess, and she's thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, the rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the views were marvelous. We loved the Baja Room. We had a whirlpool tub and separate shower, and there was a mini-fridge with water and sodas in our closet. The location, outside downtown Sedona, meant that we were away from congestion and noise. We'd definitely return to this little corner of paradise!

Sedona: Adobe Hacienda Bed & Breakfast: "A Fabulous Place To Stay"
Jun 18, 2006:  A TripAdvisor Member, Memphis, TN

Staying at the Adobe Hacienda was a wonderful experience. From making the reservation to the last goodbye, everything was perfect in this warm and friendly inn. Where each spacious suite has a Southwestern decor theme, my wife and I stayed in the "Dream Catcher" suite. The beautiful hand carved headboard and "dream catcher" hangings gave the room a special spirituality. The breakfast was delicious and in generous portions, so don't miss one of the best parts of your day. Using their knowledge of the area, our hosts were eager to help us plan our days of fun.. The inn was not only easy to locate, but convenient to all the sights and activities in the area. Sedona is a beautiful place to see and because of the owners, Pauline and Brad Staub, Adobe Hacienda is a fabulous place to stay.

Sedona: Adobe Hacienda Bed & Breakfast: "loved it!"
May 22, 2006:  A TripAdvisor Member, Connecticut

We stayed at the Adobe Hacienda last week, first in the Baja room and then in the Anasazi room. Everything is exactly as they say on their website, except that the pictures do not even do it justice! I think it is hard to capture the feel of the place in a flat photo. Both rooms were really perfect and it was a treat to be able to experience them both!

The Baja has a great view and the wonderful jacuzzi tub and the Anasazi is a bigger room with a bigger bed and more private, on the frount side, all by itself. One afternoon we noticed that the tree right outside the Anasazi room was full of hummingbirds! Both rooms have a wall of big windows which added so much to our enjoyment of the room!

Breakfast on the patio with the fountain and overlooking the beautiful golf couse (which is close enough to reach out and touch!) and the redrocks was heavenly. The menu for each day is in the room. I can't remember everything we had (and I was ill one morning and a tray was brought to my room!) but some things I remember....raspberry (?) smoothie with whipped cream, fruit (kiwis, pears (?) coated with something yummy, melons), corn tortillas, huevos rancheros...everything was wonderful and filling. It was always such a peaceful, lovely way to start the day!

Pauline and her assistant, Basilla (spelling?) were both so warm and nice and went out of their way to make us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. We were a little leary, picking this place off the internet from so far away, but we could not have picked a better place! It was such a nice experience, everything was perfect and we would not hesitate to recommend it!

May 1, 2006 – Journal entry from Vaquero room.

This retreat and family celebration brought our family from Salt Lake City and from Denver. Lindsay recently completed her doctorate in audio logy with lots of nurturing from partner, Brian. To celebrate we promised a trip anywhere in the world. Lindsay opted for Sedona over Europe. She and Brian found Adobe Hacienda on the Web.  They selected it from every virtual place in the area. We’ve all been delighted with the decision.  It has been a relaxed experience with plenty of hiking, dining and shopping.Pauline and skilled staff make this look so easy. Coming from the Social Services sector and also from an entrepreneurial background, I realize how much it takes to keep this place running along so beautifully.
