ITINERARY

Day 1 (Sunday / Arrival)
Your Perfect Pairing Getaway begins the moment you check into your B&B, where a surprise treat waits in the room for you.

Day 2 (Monday / Wine Tour)
Following a great night's sleep, you will arise to the aroma of fresh coffee and breakfast being prepared. Just sit down and indulge in one of our unique and delicious breakfasts.

Shortly thereafter your luxury transportation will arrive to whisk you away on your wine tour and gourmet picnic. You will be visiting four local wineries where you will enjoy tastings and a vineyard tour and, just as the hunger pangs return, a gourmet picnic. Your

picnic baskets will be delivered to an exclusive area at the winery, set aside just for you. Sit back and revel in gourmet food, a glass of great local wine and gorgeous scenery.

Then it's back to your B&B to enjoy an evening on your own in Sedona. Your innkeeper will be happy to recommend dinner spots and arrange reservations.

Day 3 (Tuesday / Cooking School)
Start with another great breakfast to fortify you for a day exploring Sedona your way. Whether you choose to take a jeep tour, go hiking, visit the galleries, visit ancient ruins or just hang out at the Inn, your innkeeper will be glad to assist you with all the arrangements.

Just plan to be back at your B&B for the 5:15pm pick up by your luxury transportation. Then it's off to the cooking school. Plan on a fun and instructive evening where you can do as little or as much as you would like. The chef will give you great tips and techniques on his or her preferred style of cooking. Then dive right in to prepare whatever part of the meal you want; the main course, the vegetables, the soup or salad or even the dessert. You get to choose.

Of course there is the wine that the chef has selected to complement the evening's repast. Once it is all prepared, you get to sit down and enjoy a wonderful meal, served by the chef and school staff.

After this gustatory extravaganza, your luxury transportation will once again whisk you back to your B&B for a well deserved comfy night's sleep.

Day 4 (Wednesday / Chef's Table)
Breakfast at the Inn once again, another delicious start to the day. And another day to explore the myriad activities the Sedona area has to offer. Visit the old ghost town of Jerome, drive up gorgeous Oak Creek Canyon, browse the gallery district or visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross, an inspirational landmark. Again your innkeeper will assist you in planning a great day.

Be back for your 5:30pm appointment with that luxury transportation, which will take you to the host restaurant of the week. You will be seated in a special section of the restaurant where the evening's first local wine selection will be poured, accompanied by the special appetizer made by the chef just for your table. Then you can order from the regular menu or choose the special menu the chef has arranged for the evening. Be prepared for the chef to stop by from time to time with a .....or two. The evening is finished with an exclusive dessert creation.

Your luxury chariot awaits for your trip back to your B&B, the memories of a superb dinner slowly fading into blissful slumber.

Day 5 (Thursday / Depart... or not)
Enjoy one last scrumptious breakfast and head for home, or choose to extend your stay to further explore the many pleasures Sedona can provide. If you stay through Friday you can experience the First Friday Gallery Tour, where the Sedona Trolley provides free transportation to many of the finest galleries in town. Enjoy great art, nibble hors d' oeuvres, sip local wines and chat with the artists. You may find a treasure that will be a lasting memory of your wonderful Perfect Pairings Gourmet Getaway.
