RESERVATION POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION
- A deposit of one night's lodging is required to hold a reservation for two nights or less. For stays of 3 or more nights, a deposit of 50 percent is required to hold your reservation. The balance will be charged the morning of arrival.
- Bed Tax of 6.325% applies to all room rates & packages. (Yavapai County only tax)
- Two night minimum over holidays and Fridays and Saturdays.
- Sorry, no pets and no children under age 10.
- Non-smoking Inn.
- Additional charge of $50 per person per room with more than 2 people.
- Group booking policies vary, please call for details.
- 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival we will refund all but $35/per room.
- If you cancel with 14 days notice or less, we will refund only for those nights we are able to fill the vacancy of your time reserved. We will make every effort to re-rent your reservation.

- Check-in Time is 3pm to 6pm., or by prior arrangement.
- Check-out Time is 11am.
- 5% Discount for AAA, AARP, Military, Airline Employees & Travel Agents.
